Downloading the Get Data Safe Backup Tool is quick and easy whether you're a new user or a Get Data Safe veteran. Please choose the correct option below and follow the instructions:
Registered Users:
As a registered Get Data Safe user you are able to download your Backup Tool here
Steps:

- Install the Backup Tool
- Enter your username and password as previously provided to you
Or you can use the Web Console to allow you access to your securely backed up files without having to install the Backup Tool, great for accessing your files after data loss or remotely from your office.
Not a registered user?
If you would like to try Get Data Safe please take advantage of our free 30 day trial. You will have a decent 500 MB quota to get started. And once you've used Get Data Safe and realized how quickly and easily you can protect your data, you can upgrade to a full account without losing any of your data!

- Select Trial User
- Enter your details. Please be sure to enter correct details. You will be contacted by our team on these details to verify your account. (Accounts that cannot be verified will be deleted for security).
Emergency Recovery Procedure:
If you are recovering from a computer crash you have two options for retrieving your data:
If you are rebuilding the computer / server that has suffered the loss you will want to download the Backup Tool following the procedures above. This will allow you to restore the files as well as resume regular Get Data Safe file backup routines. Please read the Registered Users Backup Tool Download instructions.
If you are trying to retrieve the data from a computer / server in a hurry, or on a temporary machine you are able to use the Web Console to browse and restore files at will. Please note that you will not be able to resume regular Get Data Safe file backup routines until you reinstall the Backup Tool. Click here to access the Get Data Safe Web Console.
